What are the office hours?

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Saturday, By Appointment Only, please call.

Sunday, CLOSED

What are the access hours?

Access your belongings 7 days a week, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. ACCESS HOURS ARE STRICT AND WILL LOCK TENANTS IN AND OUT AFTER 6 PM IF THEY HAVE NOT LEFT BEFORE THAT TIME.

Am I required to store long-term?

Store short or long-term at Clark’s Storeroom. We offer flexible month-to-month leases.

Do you offer vehicle parking?

We offer indoor and outdoor boat, RV, and vehicle parking.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

All you need is a valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

What items am I not allowed to store?

Tenants are never allowed to store perishables, stolen or illegal goods, plants, animals, flammable or hazardous items. Give us a call if you have additional questions about a specific item.

What security features do you offer?

We offer 24-hour video surveillance, perimeter fencing, and electronic gate entry.

How do I rent a storage unit or parking space?
